• The following terms and guidelines are based on my limited knowledge of the giveaways I link to in certain review/blog posts. The following terms and guidelines may or may not hold true for each giveaway, so be sure to read the information provided on the websites I link to in each applicable post carefully. I am not liable for any failure to do so or for any misunderstanding of the rules or guidelines for any giveaway, nor am I liable for any problems related to any giveaway, including but not limited to technical problems and cheating. In short, I'm not liable for anything that occurs beyond this website (Kayla C. Reviews) or for any misinformation I was deliberately or accidentally provided (such as inaccurate giveaway dates, inaccurate description of prizes, etc).
  
• I may link to giveaways in my review/blog posts, but I am not responsible for selecting any winners or making sure winners receive any prizes. I did not create and I do not run any giveaways on this website, I merely link to them. All giveaways are run by the blog tour services, review services, or authors from which I received my copy of the book being reviewed in each applicable post. Which blog tour service, review service, or author is running the giveaway will be disclosed in each applicable post. For any complaints about the giveaway, please contact the appropriate service linked to in the applicable post. However, if the links I provide don't work, please contact me immediately.
  
• No purchase is required to enter any giveaway shared on Kayla C. Reviews.
• Digital giveaways are open internationally, with some exceptions (if global restrictions apply). Exceptions may be disclosed in my post or on the giveaway website I link to in my post.
• Giveaways for physical prizes are only open to U.S. residents, unless otherwise indicated in my post or on the giveaway website I link to in my post.
• Participants must be over age 18 or have parental permission to enter. It is the sole responsibility of participants under 18 to obtain parental permission.
• No giveaway blogs permitted to enter.
• The number of winners a giveaway can have will be disclosed in my post or on the giveaway website I link to in my post.
• Winner(s) determined by random selection via giveaway widget or the giveaway website being linked to (Rafflecopter or Gleam).
• Odds of winning determined by total number of entrants unless otherwise indicated.
• Winner(s) should be announced on the date disclosed in my post or on the giveaway website I link to in my post.
  
• By entering, you may grant the right to publicize your name and likeness (avatar) in the event of winning. See the privacy policy and terms of each giveaway site before entering.
  
• Personal information may be required to send prizes (email address for digital prizes and mailing address for physical prizes). Kayla C. Reviews does not collect or have any power over this information or how it's shared. Check the privacy policy and terms of each giveaway site before entering to get a better idea of what information they require and how it's used.
  
• The winner should be notified on the giveaway’s end date, but Kayla C. Reviews has no power over whether the winner will be notified or not. This power rests with either the giveaway site or the one running the giveaway.
